Communications Firm Takes 55,000 SF in Industrial Park

EATONTOWN, NJ-A phone service reseller has signed on to occupy space in an industrial park vacated by a tech firm in a deal brokered by the Schulz Organization.

The space was formerly utilized by Vtech Innovation, which moved to larger quarters. According to Schultz officials, the deal also represents the current dynamic of the industrial market across most of New Jersey, where space continues to be very tight, and space that does become available continues to be snapped up very quickly.
