The pacts include the 705,331-sf Ogden City Mall in Oden, UT, owned by a group of North Carolina-based private investors. The urban regional mall is located in the downtown across from the city's convention center. The mall is anchored by a 142,000-sf JCPenney and 121,300-sf ZCMI department store. The 20-year-old property is a development of TN-based CBL & Associates Inc. Insignia's William M. Morris, national director of mall leasing, will oversee the listing.

Morris also will head up the leasing team for Summit Park Mall, a 695,000-sf center in Niagara Falls, NY. The North Carolina private investment group also owns this property. The mall is anchored by a 125,000-sf Sears and 88,128-sf Bon Ton department store. The center had been developed in 1979 by Forest City Enterprises, based in Cleveland.

Insignia/ESG's nationwide retail portfolio consists of about 100 properties totaling nearly 16 million sf. It also operates eight enclosed regional mall properties, comprising about five million sf, nationwide.
