LOS ANGELES-A privately held investment company has paid $8 million for a 59-unit apartment complex here.
Beverly Hills-based DTS Properties purchased the Cloverdale Court Apartments from a private partnership known simply as Cloverdale Properties Ltd. The complex stands at 340 S. Cloverdale Ave.
The West LA office of Beitler Commercial Realty Services represented both the buyer and the seller.
