Vignette's e-business application platform has been selected by DiTech because the company is experiencing a high volume of online customer inquiries. Vignette's application will allow DiTech to quickly deploy new features and personalize the content of the site.
Vignette Corp. is a supplier of e-business applications to enable businesses to facilitate high-volume transaction exchanges with suppliers and partners. The company has offices throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia.
GMAC Mortgage, based in Horsham, PA, had purchased the five-year-old DiTech last year. DiTech is headquartered in Costa Mesa, CA. Last year, it had originated $4.3 billion in loans.
