UCS, a provider of a full range of legal services to corporations and law firms in the United States and Puerto Rico, will continue to occupy its fifth floor space for an additional 10-year term, W&M reports. The property is a 220,000-sf, 12-story office building located nearby the White Plains Transportation Center. W&M Properties represented the building owner, while the UCS represented itself in the lease negotiations.
"W&M made the decision to renew our lease at Ten Bank St. a simple one," says Michael A. Barr, president of United Corporate Services. "Company executives were genuinely interested in keeping us in the building and worked with us to make it happen."
