The pet spa, known as Biscuits and Bath Doggie Village, has areas the length of two bowling alleys on each floor covered with Astroturf where people can play with their dogs, as well as a 30-ft lap pool and a cabana where canine companions can be blown dry after their dip. When owners are out of town, their animals can be boarded for a few days. Other facilities include a restaurant where human and pet snacks alike can be purchased. Owners can also sign up for puppy training classes and courses on behavior modification of animals and schedule appointments with the on-site veterinarian.

"This is truly a unique facility, but with the number of owners in New York spending increasingly large amounts of money to pamper their pets, this business will surely have a steady clientele says Tim Surlis of the Lansco Corp., who, along with Alan Victor, represented the tenant. Lou Brause of Brause Realty spoke for the owner.
