The built-to-suit facility will serve as the company's Midwest Regional Distribution Center, and can support 45 inbound shipments per day from Pactiv manufacturing sites, and 45 outbound customer shipments per day. The building was constructed with expansion capabilities of up to 1.3 million sf. Power Construction was the general contractor, and Heitman Architects provided design services.
