Washington Mutual Expands Headquarters With Lease in Airport Corporate Center

IRVINE, CA-The Seattle,Washington-based financial institution has previously occupied the space involved in this latest transaction.

The Seattle, Washington-based bank already occupies the building in the Airport Corporate Center at 17861 Von Karman Ave., which is next door to its existing regional headquarters.

Brokers from Grubb & Ellis' Newport Beach office represented the lessor, Met-Rx USA in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Arlotti & Associates of Irvine.
