The company needed to expand its existing operations on Atlantic Ave. and South St. On Beach St., the firm's offices will occupy almost the entire five-story building.

Earlier this year, CRESA Partners negotiated a 31,000-sf lease for Zefer's headquarters at 711 Atlantic Ave. In addition, CRESA, working through its alliance with Weatherall International, represented Zefer in a 7,100 sf sublease in London.
