Stevenson Tech Park, located on Stevenson Boulevard off Interstate 880, is in the third phase of development by Legacy Partners of Foster City. The first phase is 100% leased to such companies as MCI Worldcom, Siemens, Avanex, Nortel and Vina Technologies. The second phase is being designed for data center development and marketed to telephone and Internet businesses that require cable connection to power computer servers.

Trumark's project will be developed in two phases, according to Ron Winter, a company principal. Construction of the first three buildings is scheduled to begin early next year and should be completed by summer. Winter anticipates that the second phase will be done by the end of next year. Trumark has several other irons in the fire:

* Warm Springs Corporate Center, located on 36-acres in Fremont. The company will begin construction on the 600,000-sf project this spring and Gary Ward, vice president of development estimates it will be completed by late 2001 or early 2002;

* A 230,000-sf project in Union City's Central Technology Park scheduled to be complete by 2002; and

* Copper Hill, a six-acre site in Livermore that will consist of an 80,000-sf building and a 35,000-sf building on Newark's Enterprise Drive.
