The building will undergo a complete renovation including plans for the repair of the 71-year old Marshall Field & Co. store clock that hangs over the corner of Church and Sherman streets. Also, artists are applying gold leaf stenciling in an Art Deco pattern to the walls of the lobby and common areas.
