Intertek Testing Services, a consumer product-testing firm, has taken 40,000 sf at 70 Diamond Rd., Springfield, NJ. The transaction marks the expansion and consolidation of its headquarters from offices in New York City and Totowa, NJ. The owner of the building is Prince Properties.
Next, Chancellor Corp., a paper products distributor, has moved its headquarters from Staten Island, NY to a larger, 31,000-sf space at Four Cragwood Rd., Woodbridge, NJ, a property owned by Murray Construction.
Finally, Wytech Industries, which makes wire products for medical applications, has leased 20,000 sf at 960 East Hazelwood Ave., Rahway, NJ, moving there from another location in the same city.
