RREEF, a national REIT, purchased the concrete tilt-up propertyapproximately three years ago, according to Todd Clarke of KidderMathews & Segner, Tacoma, the leasing agent. Clarke tellsGlobeSt.com the property is currently commanding $4.20 per sf permonth. The balance of the building (135,480 sf) is leased bySimpson Timber, a Tacoma company.

Other Kidder Mathews' brokers involved in the Pickering dealwere Mark Clirehugh and Bill Frame. Nationally, RREEF hasapproximately 345 properties under management, with acquisitionoffices in New York, Chicago and San Francisco.
