City National Adds Industrial Property to Its Portfolio

NEWPORT BEACH, CA-Bank buys distribution center in Mira Loma recently leased to Mad Katz, a supplier of video game products.

Located at 12160 Philadelphia St., the structure is an industrial distribution center built in 1999. It's most recent tenant was video game supplier Mad Katz.

City National Bank Group was represented in the transaction by Greg Sargenti of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office. The seller was represented by Ian DeVries of Seeley Co.'s Ontario office.
