GHP Signs Five Deals at Red Oak Corporate Park, Bringing Occupancy to 100%

WHITE PLAINS-GHP Office Realty of Scarsdale, the owner of Red Oak Corporate Park here, reports it has secured five lease deals totaling nearly 60,000 sf of space at the complex that is now fully occupied.

WHITE PLAINS- GHP Office Realty has secured a total of almost 60,000 sf in lease deals at its Red Oak Corporate Park office complex here, bringing it to full occupancy. The largest deal was a lease renewal with Teleselector Resources Group for its 35,830 sf office at Four West Red Oak Lane. Cushman & Wakefield represented he company, a division of Verizon Corp., in the lease deal.

Houlihan-Parnes Realtors has signed a long-term lease for 14,616 sf at One West Red Oak Lane. Chief officials of Houlihan-Parnes are partners in GHP Office Realty. Houlihan-Parnes, which has been in business since 1891, will be relocating from offices in Hartsdale to the Red Oak Lane property by April 2001.
