At the same time, it was announced that Ericsson CyberLab NYwill expand its offices at 55 Broad St. from 5,000 sf to 7,000 sf.The firm is a collaborative laboratory for testing the commercialapplication of new media and information technology companies thatwas created by Ericsson, the wireless communications company, incooperation with the New York City Investment Fund.

Both locations are equipped with fiber-optic cable, high-speedcopper wire and other communications technology to accommodate newmedia companies in the city's Silicon Alley.Rudin Management, theleasing agent for both buildings, has a portfolio totaling 22residential properties with over 3,500 units and, when the ReutersBuilding at 3 Times Square is completed, more than 10 million sf ofcommercial space in 17 buildings.
