The construction firm is providing construction management and general contracting services and self-performing structural concrete for the building at Rio Bonita Way and Rio San Diego Drive, which also includes a 675-vehicle parking lot.
Los Angeles-based Nadel Architects designed the project. Major subcontractors include Sherwood Mechanical for plumbing work, ECI/Encompass for electrical, Cal Air for mechanical and Sunset Glazing for glasswork.
