Non-Profit Signs SGV 10-Year Lease

IRWINDALE, CA-A non-profit sports organization has signed a $10-million lease for 51,500-sf at an Irwindale office complex.

The office complex stands at 4900 Rivergrade Rd. in Irwindale. According to the 10-year lease, CCK Sports Foundation Inc. will occupy two floors of the facility, which is the former Home Savings Headquarters.

The Inland Empire office of Trammel Crow Company represented the tenant. The landlord, Washington Mutual, was represented by both the IE office of Trammel Crow and the Newport Beach office of Tiarna Real Estate Services.
