A 10,000-sf retail pad will be located on both the northeast and southeast corners of the property, and a 20,000-sf pad will go in the center of the property. The pad in the northeast corner will reportedly be a restaurant. As well, a rear entrance will be added to the property as well as a pedestrian walkway, and the interior of the existing mall will be updated with new colors and a new design.

The improvements to the existing mall will begin early next year along with the parking, landscaping and utility work for the expansion space. After that, work on the retail pads will begin.
