The second phase will add 170,000 sf of office space, adjacent to the 250,000-sf existing building, which now houses 1,000 employees.

Tosco consolidated its office functions into the first-phase building over the past several years, vacating a number of smaller buildings throughout the Valley. The first phase includes an on-site daycare center, a mini-Circle K store and café.

The six-story structure under construction will have a 900-space parking garage. The building is scheduled for completion next October.

The Phoenix office of Ryan Companies, a general contractor and development company, which built the first building is also constructing the new one.
