Lincoln Property Co. is in the final planning stages for a five-story residential complex, a new concept that offers an interior parking facility surrounded by an outer core of apartments.
Mid-America principal C. Michelle Panovich heads up the construction management services for the project. Plans call for the development to be completed by fall 2002.
