The property, at 4949 Great American Parkway, is owned by ajoint venture between affiliates of Oaktree Capital Management, LLCand Franklin Croft Inc. The Hilton Santa Clara is under themanagement of Hostmark Group and operated under a license agreementwith Hilton Inns Inc., a subsidiary of Beverly Hills CA-basedHilton Hotels Corporation.

The Hilton brand features approximately 227 full-service hotelsand resorts, representing 84,522 rooms, in cities throughout theUnited States. Flagship properties include the Waldorf=Astoria® onPark Avenue in New York, Hilton Hawaiian Village® in Honolulu, andThe Palmer House Hilton in Chicago.
