As part of the project's development, Wick is spending upwards of $1 million for road improvements involving access to the Woodbridge Avenue site. That work is being done in conjunction with Middlesex County and the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

The office property, which will feature such niceties as a full-service restaurant, heated parking garages, two- and three-story atriums, and computerized energy management, is being built entirely on spec. Wick is actively marketing it for everything from corporate headquarters to back office operations.
