The company also has elected Jerry J. Tepper as a director.Tepper, 63, is president of Tepco Inc., a privately held realestate investment company. He also is president of CF Group Ltd., aprivately held investment company in the retail food business andpresident of Schoenberg Farms Inc., a dairy products company. AtSchoenberg, Tepper also is the company's largest singleshareholder, owning more than 10% of the common stock. Before heformed Tepco, Tepper had been a director of Citizens Bank inWestminster, a suburb northwest of Denver. Last year, Vectra Bankpurchased Citizens Bank.
