Andrew Greenspan, a principal of GHP Office Realty, recently stated that the firm has signed a contract to acquire the 7-11 South Broadway property with a local family-owned construction company. In addition, Greenspan revealed that the firm is also under contract to purchase 170 Hamilton Ave., a six-story, 60,000 sf building in Downtown.
