IRVINE, CA-A locally based investment group acquires the 341,000-sf Moreno Valley Plaza.

The complex, known as Moreno Valley Plaza, stands at 23585-23965 Sunnymead Blvd. It was acquired by Orange County's Park Center Associates.

Alan Krueger and Richard Longobardo of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. represented Park Center Associates and the seller, Colorado-based Lamar Cos.
