The project is CMC's first in Denver. Its principals, Jesse Pruitt and Subash Gaitonde, had formerly worked for the Dallas-based Vantage Cos., which developed millions of square feet of office/showroom space in the Denver area during the boom days of the early 1980s. CMC's 17-acre site is the last of the available flex space in Inverness, which is south of the Denver Tech Center. The property is north of the E-470 toll road and has easy access to Peoria Street. The project includes two 56,546-sf buildings and a 64,044-sf structure.
