Emery Worldwide Sub-Leases 273,000 SF

BRIDGEPORT, NJ-The overnight shipper is taking space formerly occupied in the Pureland Industrial Complex by the Pep Boys, the automotive retail chain. GMH Capital Partners represented the new tenant.

Emery's new space is a one-story building with 28-foot ceiling heights. It also has multiple truck docks with drive-in loading doors, a wet sprinkler designed for Class IV commodity storage and a small amount of office space for on-site managers.

Besides its Newtown Square and Bridgeport offices, GMH also operates out of Cherry Hill and Princeton, NJ. The commercial brokerage firm is the Delaware Valley affiliate for CORFAC International.
