Whitlock is now responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and securing new business for the San Diego office of the Colorado-based construction firm. The local office handles all of Southern California, as well as Arizona and Nevada.
Whitlock, who has more than 15 years of marketing experience in the construction industry, previously served as Southern California director of marketing for L.E. Wentz Company in Irvine. He also served three years with Irvine-based Butler Construction in Irvine, five years with Horizon Builders in Yorba Linda and six years with Business Properties in Anaheim.
