Now, AHPC has shed two pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in this South Jersey city. The Whitehall-Robins division had used the two buildings, which total some 466,800 sf, to make and distribute over-the-counter medications. The Garibaldi Group, Chatham, NJ, represented AHPC in both of the dispositions.GMH Realty represented the new owner of the South Jersey properties, Preferred Real Estate Investments of Conshohocken, PA. Preferred is repositioning the holdings, which occupy more than 80 acres, for multi-tenant use.
