The park will occupy 67 acres along U.S. 521, abutting the North Carolina-South Carolina border 90 miles south of Downtown Charlotte. The site is about 2 1/2 miles south of Ballantyne Country Club in the fast-growing Indian Land section. The park's first 120 jobs could be available by September, according to a published report.

The county has promised to lock the current millage rate for the office park, exempting it from any future increases for 20 years.
