In the largest, Industryclick.com has signed for 22,562 sf at Princeton Forrestal Center, Princeton, NJ. The Internet media company is a division of Primedia, Inc., and will use the space as its headquarters and for technology development. GVA Williams was the co-broker; Gale & Wentworth owns the building.

In the second largest transaction, Frontier Systems took just under 19,000 sf at Raritan Plaza III in Edison, NJ. The international info tech company looked at more than 120 sites in Central New Jersey before opting for Raritan Plaza III.

The other leases included Xtivia Technologies at Edison Square, Edison, NJ (the Acclaim Group was co-broker); Saucon Technologies at Bridgewater Plaza II, Bridgewater, NJ (Equis was the co-broker); and Sonova Networks Corp. at 8 Centre Dr. in Monroe, Twp. (co-brokered by Bushman Partners).
