Roofing Company Renews Lease for Brea HQ

BREA, CA-Allmet Building Products of Texas plans to stay in the facility it is currently using as its western regional headquarters for another decade with new lease.

Located at 955 Columbia St., Allmet has been utilizing the building, owned by Voit Cal Portfolio Partners Phase I, as its western regional headquarters for the past eight years.

Mitch Zehner and Louis Tomaselli of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office represented both parties in the deal.
