Martie, who is responsible for the marketing and leasing of Gale & Wentworth's 33 million sf national property portfolio, will focus on the former IBM Latin American headquarters complex that totals 383,000 sf of space. The meeting will begin at 8:15 a.m. and will be held at the Westchester County Board of Realtors' offices at 59 South Broadway here.
In addition, Martie will also assess the current state of the Westchester commercial real estate industry and if there is a market for large space users in the Northern New York suburbs.
