Robert E. Lee, Joel Orenstein and Jeff Kolodkin of Grubb & Ellis brokered the lease on behalf of ITT/Starwood Resorts and Hotels. Neal J. Lerner & Co. was co-broker. Just under 10,000 sf is said to remain available at 100 Plaza Drive, expandable to 18,000 sf.
