Major tenants include Vons, Pic 'n Save, Parnelli Jones Auto Services, Quality Gas and Burger King.
Jeff Vitek of CB Richard Ellis' San Diego Central office represented the seller while Grubb & Ellis represented Superior Super Warehouse in the transaction.
