Carl Zeiss IMT Leases 90,000 SF in Maple Grove Office-Industrial Project

MAPLE GROVE, MN-United Properties is managing and leasing the development on a site owned by Lutheran Brotherhood. Carl Zeiss IMT Corp. will relocate operations and 150 employees from Brooklyn Park.

The new building will consist of 108,000 sf of office showroom and industrial space on a seven-acre site. Carl Zeiss, which is based in Germany, will relocate operations and 150 employees from its Industrial Measuring Technology division, which is now located in a Brooklyn Park building also owned by LutheranBrotherhood, located at Boone Avenue and Interstate 494. Construction is expected to be completed by fall.
