Privately-held TenantDirect will integrate Corrigo's wireless service software into its existing lease, maintenance administration and accounting products – TenantDirect and ResidentDirect - to provide clients with comprehensive online services for their residents and tenants, as well as fully automated work and reporting processes for their staff and management. Both TenantDirect and Corrigo will market the integrated product to their customers, and share revenues from enhanced sales, says David Popler, Corrigo's vice president of business development.
"They have a set of customers, we have a set of customers, and the reason for these types of relationships is to leverage each other's customers," Popler tells GlobeSt. "We call it a marketing assistance program."
CorrigoNet, Corrigo's flagship solution, creates a real-time flow of information among tenants, staff, vendors and property managers, driving improvements in customer satisfaction, staff productivity, asset performance and vendor management. TenantDirect's products are stand-alone Web-based property management systems designed to help property owners and managers create and customize property and portfolio reports, track preventative maintenance schedules and monitor existing warranties and expirations.
TenantDirect's management services include real-time vacancy reporting, accounting features, and instant credit checks. Residential services offer a user-friendly environment for residents to pay rent on-line, make service order requests, check community events, and communicate with management. TenantDirect says properties using its products "have reported an increase in operational efficiency, and significant increase to Net Operating Income."
