ORLANDO-CLT Meetings International of suburban Maitland, FL is moving its 60-person staff into a refurbished 40,000-sf warehouse formerly occupied by Barnie's Coffee & Tea Co. on Primrose Drive in east Orlando.
CLT staffers this week are completing their relocation to the new renovated premises on Primrose Drive in east Orlando. CLT will occupy 15,000 sf and lease the balance of the space to T.G. Lee Dairy, a next-door tenant. Barnie's is occupying new quarters in Orlando Central Park.
