MR3 Systems To Purchase Land In Montana

SAN FRANCISCO-Locally-based MR3 Systems Inc. has agreed to purchase and expand property it currently leases in Butte, Mont. The purchase of the property, which consists of 6,500-sf, is being made through a seller-financed long-term mortgage and should close early this month. Production should begin earl next month, according to sources close to MR3. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

MR3 is a high-tech metals extraction and separation technology capable of converting hazardous liabilities into non-hazardous, profitable assets through the large-scale processing of industrial wastes and other complex metals sources into pure metals and specialty chemical products. Increase in the Montana plant’s capacity is projected to yield a total of over $1 million in annual sales of these specialty chemical products, which will allow the company to reach a positive cash flow on a company-wide basis by the second quarter this year.
