The $6.5-million development stands on a 5.2-acre parcel near the intersection of Irwindale Avenue and the 210 Freeway. The building is divisible into 25,000-sf increments, which IDS says makes it ideal for one or two large users or several smaller ones.
Leasing at the new complex is being handled by IDS, along with Jim Center and Bob Moffatt of Grubb & Ellis.
