105,000-SF Building Changes Hands

EDISON, NJ-Corporate Center, located at the intersection of I-287 and NJ Turnpike, one of the state's busiest markets, has been sold to an undisclosed buyer. The brokers in the deal would also not disclose the sale price.

Coldwell Banker Commercial/Feist & Feist Realty Corp. brokered the deal. Brokers senior vice president Vic LaGreca and vice president Dorothy La Greca handled the transaction, for which neither the buyer,seller nor terms were disclosed.

Coldwell Banker Commercial/Feist & Feist, headquartered in Roseland,NJ, has regional offices in Central New Jersey and Allentown, PA. Thecompany, which has been in business since 1903, has a client roster thatincludes General Foods, Merck, Anheuser-Busch, Hoffman-La Roche, Bausch& Lomb, Johnson & Johnson, Prudential and Rutgers University.
