16.8-Acre Buy Tickets Home Depot for Retail Project Anchor

THE COLONY, TX-A retail project is on the drawing boards for this suburb north of Dallas. NEC Paige/121 Ltd. has bought 16.8 acres for a development that earmarks 14.5 acres for a Home Depot. The property is along Texas 121, a development hotspot these days.

THE COLONY, TX-NEC Paige/121 Ltd. has acquired 16.8 undeveloped acres to build a retail development that will be anchored by Home Depot.

The buyer is a limited partnership assembled by Cencor Realty Services. The property is situated at the northeast corner of Texas 121 and Paige Road, a rapidly growing development corridor north of Dallas.
