19,000-Sf Deal Fills Office Building at 2025 M. St.

WASHINGTON, DC-The signing of the sixth lease agreement in 12 months for a 19,000-sf office suite fills an eight-story, 180,000-sf office building owned by Leggat McCall Properties. The law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld LLP is slated to move into its sixth floor suite at 2025 M St. this month, according to Leggat McCall Properties officials.

This deal represents more than 90,000-sf of office space leased in this building during the year 2000. The five other tenants are: Smith, Bucklin & Associates for 46,556 sf; the Association of Public Health Laboratories for 8,234 sf; the International Association of Convention and Visitor Bureaus for 6,947 sf; GHK Associates for 6,812 sf; and the Italian Cultural Institute for 4,350 sf.
