Flightcraft currently maintains a 5,000-sf terminal for business aviation, and multiple aircraft storage hangars. The new facility will cater to operators of business jets and turbo-props. Construction is scheduled to begin this spring, with completion set for November. Flightcraft officials were not immediately available for further comment.
Last year, the company expanded its Eugene Airport operations from 12,000 sf to 20,000 sf by acquiring the aircraft storage and fueling facilities of Lawrence Air Service Inc. In doing so, it also became the airport's sole source of aviation fuel.
