Furniture Manufacturer Extends Lease

SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA-Manufacturer of oak bedroom furniture is staying in the industrial building where it has been a tenant for a number of years.

Terms of the lease were unavailable. Oak Tree is a long-time tenant of the building at 9103 Sorenson Ave., where it leases 43,825 sf of the 100,000-sf industrial building.

Clif Fincher of Lee & Associates-Orange, Inc. represented Oak Tree in the deal, while John Bode of Inco Commercial Brokerage in La Mirada represented the lessor, Patrician Associates.
