Sundt Construction Inc., the largest Arizona-based general contractor, has moved its corporate headquarters and Phoenix Building Division offices to Tempe from Phoenix. The company leased the sixth floor of the Park Bridge office building in the Fountainhead Corporate Park at the southwest corner of Priest Drive and Broadway Road.
The 12,000-sf office space will be home to the company's Phoenix Building Division, and company's Heavy Construction Division will move into the space vacated in Phoenix, at 2630 S. 20th Pl.
Both divisions and Sundt Construction Inc. are wholly owned subsidiaries of Tucson-based The Sundt Companies Inc.
The Phoenix office of Core Jackson Brokerage negotiated the lease for Sundt.
