As reported earlier by GlobeSt.com, the group received approval for its general development plan back in mid-August. Since then, extensive engineering studies have produced plans for the first two phases, including four buildings of about 200,000 sf each. All four buildings will incorporate underground parking.

The group intends to submit final site plans for the first two phases later this month or early next, according to director of development Ken Himsel. "If all approvals are received, we will break ground in the spring," he says.

"We are negotiating with several companies that have large space requirements," Himsel reports. His company is also preparing to open a 2,500-sf marketing and leasing center at the site.
