The agreement enables the real estate group to provide current DataQuick property profiles and sales comparables on its Web site.

"This agreement will allow essential data to become much more accessible to realtors and homebuyers," MDA President and CEO Daniel Friedmann said.. "Through a link to the DataQuick Consumer Information Centre, land information can be purchased with a credit card."

"Our association expects to be the dominant national group representing everyone involved in real estate transactions," adds the association's CEO, Jim Howell. "DataQuick was our first choice because of its success as the leading provider of time-sensitive and accurate property data."

MDA's DataQuick, headquartered in San Diego, was the first company in its field to offer property data on-line.
