DETROIT-A contract to build an office park project in Ann Arbor is going to Kojaian Properties of Bloomfield Hills after legal wrangling with city prompted MAV Development to dump the project.
The broker, who did not wish to be named, said MAV Development dumped the project after growing weary of a court battle against Ann Arbor. In early 2000, city officials denied the site plan for the 200,000-sf office development on Plymouth Road, east of M-23.
